Main tasks: Search for commercial real estate premises according to established criteria. Carry out an initial inspection of the approved locations. Conduct negotiations with the owners of the premises. Preparation of presentations for the Committee for Agreement with the Top Management of the Company. Conclusion of lease agreements. Coordinate related departments during the implementation of the opening project. What you need for this: have your own car and driver's license cat. Willingness to go on business trips, have experience and understanding in searching for commercial real estate, have experience in concluding lease agreements, be able to organize your own time.
