Functional responsibilities: Development of concepts for architectural and planning solutions for commercial real estate. Sketching using 3D modeling programs in combination with other graphic programs. Development of photo-realistic visualizations in relevant programs. Selection of materials, orientation in their cost and technological features of installation. Modeling of individual design solutions and technical tasks for their production, taking into account the technological and economic features of materials. Participation in meetings with customers in the process of project implementation, agreement of decisions with customers. Professional competencies: Creative design thinking. Communicability, the ability to competently convey thoughts and ideas. The ability to work effectively in a team. The ability to organize one's work and the tasks of a small group of designers.
