About role

This is a position for a strong commercial leader who combines a strategic vision with a deep understanding of the aesthetic medicine market.

The main task is business development, scaling sales and launching new brands on the market.

Key tasks

  • Formation and implementation of commercial strategy

  • Development distribution and sales channels (clinics, doctors, dealers)

  • Managing P&L, budgets and margins

  • Building and managing a sales team

  • Developing brands, working with KOL (opinion leaders)

  • Participating in industry events, congresses, training programs

  • Launching new products and brands on the market

Who we are looking for

  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales / commercial management

  • Experience in the position of Head of Sales / Commercial Director / BU Director from 3 years

  • Experience in areas:

    • aesthetic medicine

    • cosmetology

    • distribution of drugs

  • Deep understanding of the market, sales channels and customers

  • Experience of working with international brands or launching them will be an advantage
