Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience in a managerial position of 3 years with a staff of 3-5 managers.
- Proficiency in communication technologies and their constructions. The ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate with the client.
- Skills and experience in concluding contracts, including all accompanying documents.
- Experience in participating in both government and commercial tenders is desirable.
- Expand the client base (search for new clients together with the team).
- Constantly and continuously expand and gain share market together with the team.
- Be focused, attentive and deeply dive into each issue.
- Professionaly organize plans and delivery schedules.
- Set goals and objectives with deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively manage subordinates, including motivation and training.
- Continuous scaling of the client base. Work with a cold and hot customer base.
- Calculation of economic indicators for prices, transportation, margins.
- Preparation of commercial offers with conditions for customers.
- Distribute and shape customer needs according to frequency, cyclicality and seasonality.
- Analyze markets, observe trends and developnewcomers for further planning.
- Develop a strategy for product sales, entering new markets.
- Clearly set tasks for subordinates, supply managers and logisticians. Control of the execution of tasks by processes, deadlines and quality.
