You will: review and draft commercial agreements, including services contracts, NDAs, and other agreements, monitor compliance with contractual obligations, including deadlines, deliverables, and termination terms, prepare drafts ofdocuments and agreements for intragroup financing arrangements, handle legal support ofadministrative activities (e.g., filings, offices, documents), maintain and update various internal databases oncorporate information, documents, and agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingPR, finance, and operations, tosupport contract-related activities and resolve issues asthey arise, assist inthe development and implementation ofcontract management tools and technologies toenhance efficiency and accuracy incontract administration, communicate and negotiate with notaries and contractors , perform ad-hoc document requests. About you: law degree from areputable university, 2+years ofrelevant experience inIT, corporate, commercial, and contract law with anIT company, international ortop-tier law firm, orBig4, advanced English, strong analytical skills and attention todetails, proficiency inMSOffice/ Google tools, ability tomeet deadlines, hard-working, well-organized, proactive, and able tomanage complex projects independently.
