Commercial Finance Manager in BAT Ukraine

Commercial Finance Manager cooperates with the business in order to:

• Ensure sustainable growth through smart pricing and effective assortment/mix management.
• coordinate the provision of structured and in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data in order to influence and support financial decisions.
• Support the preparation of financial and commercial plans, forecasts

Key responsibilities:

• Revenue planning and analysis - be responsible for achieving the company's revenue targets. Provide relevant analytical findings to management, participate in long-term strategic market planning. Analyze financial results compared to goals, identify sensitive areas and proactively stimulate the implementation of plans.
• Pricing - participate in the review and implementation of a multi-category pricing strategy, support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in the implementation of the value creation program in the following areas: pricing management, assortment/mix management. Prepare and moderate meetings of the Price and Excise Committees.
• Business partnership – Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in the organization. Proactively provide Marketing and Sales teams with clear, data-driven revenue insights. Support the Supply Chain team in planning production and inventory of finished products. Promote financial and commercial awareness across business units.
• Process and Tool Improvement – Support the development, continuous improvement and support of pricing management tools with relevant data.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance / Economics.
• 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management / Commercial Finance or related fields (FMCG experience will be an advantage)
• Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, SAP/BI/BPC will be an advantage.
• Strengthstrong analytical skills, data-driven storytelling skills, high level of communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesize, communicate and present complex information.
• Ability to process large amounts of data and create clear and actionable summaries with a high level of accuracy.
• High level of responsibility
• Cooperation orientation.
