Expectations from the candidate: 5 years of experience in personnel management with a team of about 20 people. Experience in sales from 5 years (successful cases). Experience developing sales strategies from scratch. Experience in setting sales standards. Experience in KPI implementation and description of processes. Skills in working with Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Google Sheets, CRM. Knowledge of English will be an advantage! What needs to be done: Developing strategies for the sales department. Effective team management, setting and achieving goals, studying market trends and analyzing results. Expanding the client base, developing new markets and increasing sales volumes. Cooperation with the marketing department for the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at attracting new customers and increasing recognition. Analysis of sales results and preparation of reports for the company. Implementation of KPI, description of processes. Quality control of department work.
