Ukrainian Power of Energy LLC was created in 2023 in the conditions of a full-scale war. It has passed a difficult stage of formation, has maintained operational stability and is moving to the stage of systematic commercial management and profitability.

The company is currently looking for a commercial director with real successful experience in the purchase and sale of electricity.

Zones of responsibility:

• Strategic and operational management of electricity procurement:

  • analysis of the market and auction mechanisms;

  • determination of the optimal time, volumes and sources of purchase (basic / peak generation);

  • consumption forecasting and clear balancing;

  • Working with electricity producers and suppliers. style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">2. Trading risk management

    • Control of electricity surplus and deficit risks;

    • Working within a balancing group;

    • Building scenario models (best / base / worst case).

    3. Financial efficiency - calculation of the margin of customers and contracts.

    4. Client portfolio management

    • Development of a strategy for working with the current pool of clients (energy-intensive enterprises of Ukraine);

    • Establishment of strict but partner rules of interaction:

      • control of ordered vs actually used volumes;

      • prevention of situations that create risks for the company.
