Commercial director in Personalities, HR Company

For our client, an international group of companies in the field of express delivery of goods and correspondence around the world, we are looking for a specialist for the vacancy

"Commercial Director". 

Expectations from the candidate:

• higher education (management, economics);
• similar successful managerialexperience in the position of Commercial Director or Sales Director (preferably in logistics or B2B services) from 3 years;
• understanding of the logistics market and the transport industry;
• the presence of successful experience in building and developing a sales department or its effective transformation;
• high level negotiation skills at the level of the first person in the company;
• strategic thinking, result orientation, well-developed leadership and communication skills;
• English language skills - not lower than Upper-intermediate level.
