Requirements for the candidate
- Experience as a commercial director / sales director / manager business direction from 5 years, preferably in the field of food production, FMCG, HoReCa or retail
- Deep understanding of the full commercial cycle: production > pricing > sales > distribution
- Experience in building and managing sales departments (B2B / B2C / HoReCa / retail)
- Skills in strategic sales planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability management
- Experience with margin, P&L, KPI, sales plans and motivational models
- Understanding the specifics of food production: costing, volume planning, interaction with production, logistics, composition
- Experience in developing sales channels, launching new products and scaling business
- Strong management and leadership skills, ability to build an effective team
- High level of negotiation skills, experience working with key customers and partners
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented, systematic
- Confident user of CRM, Excel / Google Sheets, preferably experience with ERP (1C, BAS, SAP, etc.)
Would be an advantage
- Experience with own production
- Participation in the launch or transformation of a commercial function
- Experience with national or regional networks
Essential responsibilities
- Formation and implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
- Management of sales departments.
- Development of sales plans, control of KPI implementation.
- Development of sales channels (branded stores, distributors, HoReCa, network customers).
- Negotiations with key partners, conclusion of contracts.
- Analysis of the market, competitors and consumer trends.
- Interaction with production, marketing, logistics and finance to ensure profitability.
- Building a sales force motivation system.

- five day work week - Mon.-Fri., Sat.-Sun. outgoing; (after VT there may be a hybrid work schedule);
