The company "DP Market" is looking for a responsible and energetic manager for renting commercial and residential real estate in its team.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for tenants to lease space in a shopping center near the metro Boryspilska.
• Conducting negotiations, concluding contracts.
• Maintaining long-term partnerships with tenants, ensuring comfortable and mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Analyzing the commercial real estate market, following trends to offer relevant solutions.
• Cooperating with internal teams to coordinate rental and service processes objects.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of commercial real estate rental from 1 year (willing to consider candidates without experience who are open to learning new things).
• Confident management skills negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
• Ability to work with clients, build trusting relationships.
• Initiative, attention to details and communication.

Conditions:

• A convenient office near the Boryspilska metro.
• Salary 30,000 + 25% from the first month of rent.
• Schedule 5/2, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
