Collector of aviation equipment in Pro recruitment

Job Mission: To ensure the ideal geometry and structural strength of each product. Your job is to turn the individual layers of skin and frame into a monolithic, reliable mechanism.

What you will do:

• Working with forms: Gluing part skins in special forms while following the technical process.
• Frame work: Assembly and gluing of complex frame structures.
• Precise assembly: Assembly of parts and nodes with the help of special equipment (conductors).
• Setup: Final assembly and adjustment of finished parts for the perfect operation of nodes.
• Locksmith operations: Fitting, drilling, grinding and finishing products.

Your competences:

• Attention to details: You notice even millimeter inaccuracy and do not leave it unattended.
• Responsibility: You understand that the reliability of the entire aircraft depends on the quality of your gluing.
• Education: You are ready to quickly master new composite processing technologies.
• Teamwork: You interact effectively with craftsmen and engineers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Tool skills: Confident command of hand and power tools (screwdriver, drill, engraver, measuring devices).
• Reading documentation: Ability to understand drawings and sketches (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Experience with materials: Experience with adhesives, resins, fiberglass or carbon.
• Working with reporting: Disciplined maintenance of checklists at each stage of assembly.
