Collection Strategy Manager in AventusGroup

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Collection Strategy Manager to join our team to work on our product in Mexico. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective technical strategies to automate and optimize debt collection processes, analyzing performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and improving technical strategies for debt collection at all stages of the process.

• Creation and implementation of effective customer communication templates.

• Launch, testing and analysis of discount programs for customers with overdue debts.

• Formation of technical requirements and cooperation with teams on modernization of CRM systems with the aim of increasing the efficiency of collection processes.

• Constant monitoring of results, conducting A/B testing and analyzing the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

• Interaction with contractors and internal divisions of the company.

• Initiating and implementing new approaches and technological tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of technical collection or debt collection automation - from 1 year, with experience in a bank, fintech or collection company.

• Understanding key performance indicators collection of processes.

• Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.

• Proficient in Excel (data analysis, summary tables); knowledge of Power Query will be an advantage.

• Analytical thinking, systematic approach and creativity in solving problems.

• High level of self-organization, initiative and ability to work autonomously.

• English language - level from Intermediate+.

• Working hours are negotiable according to the Mexican time zone.
