The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of collections, restructuring, and accounts receivable practices.Responsibilities:Collections:Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers while adhering to company policies.Conducted and monitored restructuring and settlement activities with customers and partners.Produce restructuring proposals, analysis, and recommendations on the best way to manage distressed accounts to maximize recovery.Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer escalate high-risk accounts to management for further action.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding debt collection.Propose legal action wherever necessary and coordinate with internal and external legal counsel to identify the appropriate legal strategy and follow up on the legal proceedings for the cases in litigation within the assigned portfolio.Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution.Identify and implement strategies to improve collection rates.Accounts Receivable:Generate and send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customersReconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with the sales and customer success teams to address and resolve billing issuesPrepare and analyze accounts receivable financial reportsAssist in month/quarter-end closing activities related to accounts receivableProvide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their accounts and payments.What we expect from you: A bachelor's degree in legal, accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.Working experience as a Legal, Finance, or Accounts Receivable Manager is preferred.Strong analytical, mathematical, and account reconciliation skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Customer service orientation.Basic legal knowledge (B2B contracting principles and best practices) is a plus.Proficiency in English – Upper Intermediate, Advanced.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.What you should expect from us: The award-winning product (a Leader in Gartner Quadrants) to be proud of.A remote-first hybrid model: while giving plenty of space for concentration and personal working habits, we encourage regular meetings in one of our five hubs worldwide.Culture of genuine care, ownership,dedication, and high standards (learn more here).A vibrant corporate life: enjoy the opportunity to explore your teammates' cultures in online and offline events, participate in sports competitions, enjoy art master classes, and create your new favorite memories at our parties.Caring for your health: Creatio offers several options for medical insurance together with our medical partner.Creatio offers all team members competitive pay.Paid leave options for life-qualifying events, sicknesses, etc.Nice and modern hub in the Kyiv city center to get acquainted with colleagues or to gain some quiet space for concentration.
