The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is the leading protection agency,advocacyand promotion of long-term solutions for displaced populations.
DRB has been working in Ukraine since 2014, currently more than 800 employees work in DRB in Ukraine and in 2024 will continue a significant expansion to implement emergency response in the fields of social and legal protection, livelihoods, restoration of housing and non-food goods, humanitarian disarmament and peace-building (humanitarian mine action), through direct intervention, support of non-governmental organizations (CSOs) and partnership with CSOs.
DRB is currently looking for a Code of Conduct Investigation Coordinator to join our team in Kyiv.
This position will report to the Head of the Representative Office in Ukraine.

General purpose of the position:
The Code of Conduct sets out the values and rules by which DRC, its employees and partners must act in order to maintain and protect the necessary standards of conduct and avoid wrongdoing.
The CoC Investigator plays a critical role in ensuring effective implementation, awareness and compliance with the DRC Code of Conduct by all employees and partners. This position focuses on promoting understanding of the Code of Conduct, managing the reporting mechanism and conducting timely investigations into any reports of misconduct.
As a CoC Investigator, you will ensure that all employees and partners working in the DRC are familiar with the Code of Conduct and the relevant reporting mechanism. You will update and distribute visual and training materials to all offices and serve as the primary point of contact for any inquiries regarding the reporting mechanism You will lead investigations at the country level and support colleagues from regional offices and headquarters if they are lead investigators in the case of misconduct.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant professional field, as well as a strong sense of personal integrity and an understanding of privacy and ethics. Kin addition, we also expect the following from you :
