The company Big City HVAC & Appliance Repair invites candidates for the vacancy of a dispatcher! The work is completely remote, which means you can join us from anywhere in the world.

Who are we?

We are a service company a San Diego-based company operating in 5 US states. We repair household appliances and HVAC, we work in the areas of COD, Insurance and Property.

We also have our own online school... but more on that later)

Now we urgently need an employee who can complete our dispatch department: active, collected and confident.

What does a dispatcher do in Big City?

• Coordinates and organizes repair visits;
• Keeps reports in CRM (HousecallPro);
• Communicates with clients: incoming/outgoing calls, e-mail, Spark, Yelp;
• Assigns tasks technicians.

We will 100% invite you for an interview if you:

• Have already worked as a dispatcher or in Customer Service / Appliance Repair;
• You have spoken English B2–C1;
• Ready to work remotely and ready to start in the near future;
• Sociable, positive and easily adapt to new information.

• Schedule (Mon-Fri) 19:00–03:00 (on Kyiv);

• Stable salary payment (Probationary period - rate $800 \ After the probationary period - $800 +% for KPI implementation);
