For our client, a product IT company, we are looking for a CMO/Marketing Director, working remotely.
Role mission:
Build marketing as a managed business function that delivers predictable growth in key platform metrics (GMV, active payers, CAC/LTV, retention, market share), and integrated with product, finance and board.
Necessary skills:
. Experience in managing performance marketing and growth channels with responsibility for the result.
. Practical experience in product marketing (positioning, GTM, messaging).
. Experience in brand and PR development at a strategic level.
. Strong analytical expertise (CAC/LTV/ROMI, attribution).
. Experience managing teams and contractors.
. Experience in product companies / marketplace / SaaS (will be a plus).
. Work experience in EU markets.
Key tasks:
Strategy and management:
. Development of a marketing strategy for key markets and segments (UA/EU).
. Formation of the annual plan and quarterly OKR/KPI.
. Building a system of budgeting and prioritization of investments according to ROI/ROMI.
Performance & Growth:
. Management of performance channels (PPC, SEO, retargeting, affiliates, CRM) through data and experiments.
. Optimization of CAC, CPA.
. Collaborate with the product on key conversions and supply/demand funnels.
Product Marketing (PMM):
. Positioning of products and features for different segments.
. GTM feature and product launch plans.
. Benefit-driven communications, landing pages and selling materials.
Brand, PR and communications:
. Formation of brand strategy, key messages and tone of voice.
. Construction of system work of PR, content, SMM and external communications.
. Development of media presence and brand indicators.
Analytics and reporting:
. Restart marketing analytics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, retention, attribution.
. Dashboards by markets and channels.
. Regular executive reports for management.
Team and processes:
. Reformatting and development of the marketing team.
. Management of in-house specialists and outsourced contractors.
. Implementation of processes, rhythms and work standards.
