Job Description: We are looking for an ambitious marketer/Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The candidate must have experience in Web 3, influencer marketing management and the gambling industry. The successful candidate will spend 6 months on probation, after which relocation to Cyprus will be offered.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies: Creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Influencer marketing management: Search and attraction of influencers (Tier1), coordination of cooperation, analysis of campaign effectiveness.
- Promotion in Web3: Development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting company products in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Analysis and reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports for management, analyzing market trends.
- Coordination of team work: Management and development of the marketing team, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Interaction with other departments of the company to achieve common business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, including experience with Web3 technologies and influencer marketing.
- Education: Higher education in marketing, business, or similar areas. Additional certifications will be an advantage.
- Skills and knowledge: Deep understanding of the principles of influencer marketing and Web3, ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, analytical skills.
- Leadership qualities: Ability to inspire and motivate a team, excellent communication skills.
-Language skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
