- Processes of forecasting, budgeting of companies, constant control of return on investment, control and provision of reporting for the achievement of KPIs and goals;

- Management of Media Buying, Affiliate, SEO, SMM teams, to achieve common KPIs;

- Development of the marketing plan of the department and control of its daily implementation;

- Development of terms and models of the affiliate program;

- Audience analysis, optimization, improvement of advertising campaign indicators (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV, ARPU, RPI), reporting, budget management;

- Analysis, adjustment and optimization of user funnels;

- Achieving marketing goals in all markets measured by CAC, FTDs, LTV. This includes expanding the existing partner base, creating better deals and/or attracting new partners;

- Development and coordination of advertising campaigns, PR and other marketing activities across channels;

- Development of a communication strategy companies, conducting any necessary research;

- Writing technical tasks and implementing gamification mechanisms into projects;

- Participation in negotiation processes with partners in order to increase profitability;

- Support and development of business with new and existing partners;

- Participation in international conferences, forums, in order to promote the company brand;

- Control and support of financial reporting;< /p>

What about you:

- 2+ years of experience in the position of CMO in the gambling niche;

- Experienced user of analytical tools: Search Console, Google Analytics and similar web applications;

- Deep technical understanding of tracking implementation;

- Flexibility, organization, proactivity;

- English language — Intermediate and above;
