Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy : Creation a long-term marketing strategy that will meet the company's goals and contribute to business growth.

• Brand Management: Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.

• Marketing campaigns: Planning, launching and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.

• Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.

• Digital Marketing: Coordination of digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media and e-mail marketing.

• Collaboration with the sales team: Maintain close collaboration with the sales department to ensure overall company goals are met.

• Budget Management: Effective allocation and control of the marketing budget.

• Team management: Creation and development of the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Work experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management positions in the field of marketing , preferably in fintech.

• Market knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech industry, trends and specifics.

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data, draw conclusions and make informed decisions.

• Digital Marketing: Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, knowledge of modern tools and platforms.

• Leadership qualities: Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate.

• Creativity and innovation: Ability to find non-standard solutions and implement new approaches.
