Yours duties will be:

• Develop the company's marketing strategy, marketing plans and be responsible for their implementation.
• Setting tasks and managing the effectiveness of the marketing team.
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, implementing changes to improve results.

• Formation of the marketing budget, control over its observance.
• Analysis of the market and competitive environment, search for opportunities for growth and development of the needs of CA, products, competitors, advertising activity of competitors).
• li>Conducting content and creative work (management of communication strategies: online, media and social media).
• Setting marketing goals for the whole company, monitoring progress.

From you we expect:

• Higher education - marketing (will be an advantage).
• Experience in management, high level of communication skills and ability to motivate employees.
• Experience in writing and implementation marketing strategy.
• Ability to work with marketing tools, analytics and reporting.
• Scrupulosity, creativity, thirst for continuous development and improvement and creativity.
• Initiative.< /li>
• Analytical mindset and systematic approach to any tasks (skills for planning and organizing your work and team work).
• Understanding and experience in SEO, SMM, PR, PPC, SEM, influence marketing, e-mail and other promotion channels.
• English proficiency level: B2-C1.
