CMM manager in Bogemiya

We are looking for an SMM specialist who thinks in terms of marketing, works with strategy, knows how to analyze and build communication for different audiences.

This role is not about "good posts", but about management in the SMM direction and creating content that works for a business purpose.

About the company:

Bohemia is an official supplier of equipment for heating and water supply systems from European countries. We have been working on the market for more than 27 years and are actively expanding the team

Your tasks:

Strategy and planning (main focus)

• Formation of monthly content plans for B2B and B2C.
• Creation and implementation of SMM strategy.
• Development of formats, rubrics, scenarios.
• Understanding funnel logic and the role of content in sales.
• Offering ideas and concepts (not templates).

Content (part of the work, but not the main one)

• Participation in shooting and creating dynamic videos.
• Montage in CapCut / InShot (if needed).
• Creation visuals in Canva/Figma.
• Preparation of advertising materials for a target specialist.

Communication and teamwork

• Working with a content maker, target specialist and project manager.
• Understanding tasks and their timely execution.

Analytics

• Analysis of competitors, trends and effectiveness of content.
• Formation of reports.
• Optimization of strategy based on results.

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM from 1 year, commercial or product projects. beauty, dentistry and the like are not suitable)
• Basic understanding of marketing and funnel work.
• Experience in content creation (photo/video, basic editing).
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok algorithms.
• Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, Canva.
• Competent Ukrainian language.
• Self-management, responsibility, stress resistance.

Will be a plus

• Experience in technical or product business.
• Skills for working with AI.
