Cloud Solution Engineer/Architect (AWS+Azure) @ Link Group in Link Group

Our global client from the FMCG industry is looking for a Cloud Solution Engineer/Architect. The person in this position will be responsible for building and managing IT infrastructure and migration from on-premise to the cloud. He will work in an international environment, working closely with business and technical teams.

Ideal Candidate: The candidate should have solid experience in managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure, with migration and optimization skills. He should be communicative, able to cooperate with various teams and have experience in working with stakeholders. Ideally, the candidate also has knowledge of backup systems and the ability to use automation tools.

• Cloud Experience: Min. 2-3 years of practical experience in designing, implementing and managing cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
• On-Premise Infrastructure Management: Knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and (preferred) Red Hat Linux.
• Migration: Experience migrating environments from on-premise to the cloud, especially from AWS to Azure Stack.
• Backup and Storage: Knowledge of backup solutions and storage systems, e.g. Commvault and other backup technologies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders. Ability to work in an international environment and conduct conversations with business teams.
• Tools and Scripting: Knowledge of tools such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, and basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
