Cloud Delivery Engineer in Devico

As a Cloud Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple cloud projects and migrations from on-premise workloads to the cloud within large-scale business and IT programs. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, adhering to both IT and business governance frameworks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing cloud infrastructure and supporting cloud-based applications.

Software for a top provider of repair and maintenance policies, HVAC installation, financing, and servicing, as well as on-demand home assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security measures and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform system health checks, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers as needed.
• Assist in IT budgeting and financial reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and support onboarding of new team members.
• Support project quality checks and IT infrastructure mobilization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Qualifications:
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification.
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is desirable.

• Knowledge:
  • Understanding of cloud management and IT systems architectures.
  • Preferable experience in Financial Services (insurance).
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing cloud delivery (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects and communicate effectively with business audiences.
  • Preferable experience in managing other project managers.
