The company’s consultants have deep knowledge indata science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.Responsibilities:Mentorship and solution support toclient-facing Data Engineers across key accounts—Review data engineer work and proactively establish the adoption ofbest practices and frameworks that improve productivity and client satisfaction.—Work with the DevOps, MLE team toonboard and productionize Data Science models atscale.—Implement and manage production management processes around data ingestion, transformation, coding utilities, storage, reporting, and other data integration points.—Coordinate between onsite and offshore leadership for regular updates.Engage key client stakeholders to—Review and provide the best solutions onthe existing ornew architecture requirements.—Recommend strategies toimprove resiliency, security, and optimize costs.—Analyse, architect, design, and actively develop analytics frameworks, data lakes, and other cloud-based data solutions.—Design and develop scalable data ingestion frameworks totransform avariety ofdatasets, capture metadata, lineage and implement data quality.Requirements:10years ofexperience intheIT field with hands-on experience insystem administration and automation.3-5 years ofstrong hands-on experience with AWS (oranother cloud) inbuilding aData and Analytics platform onthe cloud.1+years ofexperience with deploying services onKubernetes on-prem oron-cloud.3-5 years ofstrong hands-on expertise onCloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with strong experience inworking with modern data and analyticsframeworks, big data, and DevOps techniques, and isproficient with programming languages (like Python, Java, Scala).1-2 yrs experience with Cloud data warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).Solid understanding ofbuilding Data Lakes onCloud environments— Data Integration, Data Pipeline, Data compute, MLModels and Storage, etc.Solid knowledge ofand experience with Big data and Stream processing frameworks— Spark, Flink, orother.Knowledge ofdelta lake orsimilar technology.Exposure tooperationalizingML models @ scale onCloud.Solid understanding ofDevSecOps and cloud security concepts and how tomitigate security risks inthe cloud.Must understand the Scrum Agile methodology and have worked onaScrum team.Knowledge ofSQL, non-relational (NoSQL) databases, and Object StoresGood experience working onanonsite/offshore model.Knowledge ofnetworking, firewalls, load balancers, etc.AWS Professional Architect Certification ispreferred.Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science/or any relevant experience inInformation systems.Exceptional communication skills and the ability tocommunicate appropriately with executives and technical teams.Our Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Flexible working hours.Vacation— 20working days’ annual leave.Paid sick days.Apersonal laptop with all the essential software installed.State holidays are granted.Corporate accountant, lawyer, and psychologist services.Bureaucracy-free and transparent management.Costs related toparticipation inworkshops and professional conferences are covered.Online English classes with anative speaker.
