Clinical Data Specialist II in PrudentRx

As the Data Specialist II, you will conduct ongoing research on various copay assistance programs, deep analysis of the researched information, and advise the Product team of any changes to these programs. You will be responsible for managing the various medication lists across all programs currently offered by PrudentRx (PRx).Position DetailsUnited States- Remote/Telecommute8:00am-5:00pm Est./Cst.Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.ResponsibilitiesDocument and own the SOP process.Work with the Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) and Medical Benefits teams each month to add, remove, or update any PRx eligible medications based on the Monthly Change Report and facilitate monthly distribution of these lists both internally and externally.Review medication lists, if needed, for appropriate Essential Health Benefit designations based on applicable Benchmark plans, document, and report to appropriate to team members monthly.Detailed research of copay assistant programs to identify changes including, but not limited to, program availability, funds offered, enrollment/re-enrollment process, terms & conditions.Update the copay information in the appropriate places.Report updates to Zitter through their online portal as needed.Review and manage the various reports in the Clinical Dashboard in Salesforce daily.Review and validate potential reported changes in copay assistance based on the Master drug list and Zitter Flat file comparison monthly.Other duties as assigned.Requirements And QualificationsPharmacy or medical backgroundGood understanding of how to effectively interact with manufacturers.Strong attention to detailCritical and objective thinkerProficient in ExcelWork From Home RequirementsThe employee must provide reliable, high-speed internet with sufficient bandwidth (25/25mp) to execute all job functions.
