Clinical Data Manager
The goal of the role is to manage the company’s online and offline databases enduring quality, order and confidentiality of the content.
Job Duties:
- Maintain Audubon’s electronic document management system, and ensure quality and content of paper and electronic files
- Working with multiple files, both internal and provided by the Collaborators, for electronic document management
- Perform in stream quality checks, considering all administrative aspects of an individual document like: all pages to be present in the correct sequence, all content to be eligible, check for any translation requirements.
- maintain a working knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable Guidelines, local regulatory requirements and study specific procedure.
- create, maintain and archive clinical trial master files in accordance with Audubon regulations
- track, scan, code, file and retrieve documents as requested for project team members
- name, upload and perform scan image checks of electronic documents in accordance with Audubon’s SOPs and operational best practices relating to document management
Requirements:
- University Diploma in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or related field
- 1+ years of experience on a similar position
- English language proficiency (not lower than upper intermediate)
- Attentiveness to details, responsibility, attentiveness, accuracy.
- Confident PC user, MS Office (Excel)
- Reviewing and cleaning data submitted by sites
