Paysera LT is looking for a communicative and responsible customer service specialist to join our customer support team. If you are ready for extraordinary and interesting questions, active customer support, are not afraid of non-standard situations - we are waiting for you in our team.
Responsibilities:
- answers to customer questions on by phone, e-mail and chat in real time;
- creating a friendly atmosphere when working with clients;
- maximum assistance in solving their problems.
From you we expect internal motivation and:
- good computer skills and fast typing;
- good knowledge of Ukrainian, English not below average level;

- knowledge of other foreign languages (an advantage).
