If you are an absolute wiz at learning and multitasking across different software systems, thrive off finding new ways to improve processes, and enjoy mastering a breadth of knowledge, we'd love to meet you!Octave's Client Support Coordinator is a crucial member of our Operations Support Team, being the front door to and advocating for clients to ensure they receive the support they need. As a master generalist, you’ll interact with prospects and clients daily by corresponding with them, addressing their questions and concerns, and educating them about our services. You’ll also assist with preparing new clients for care, ensuring they are informed and set up for success. In essence, you’ll be the connection point between clients and the Octave system, all while demonstrating care, compassion, and competence.This is a unique role that is well-suited for someone who has a passion for customer service, enjoys the fast-pace of operations, and is excited about growth at an innovative startup.Responsibilities Include:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications across various platforms and channels (e.g., email, phone, etc.) with warmth and efficiency.Educate clients about Octave services, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for success.Assist with new client onboarding, including paperwork and billing information collection.Coordinate, track, and communicate about new client referrals and inquiries effectively.Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and surpass service standards.Uphold Octave’s commitment to delivering extraordinary care in every interaction.Preferred Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in a high-touch customer service role, ideally in Healthcare or a related field.Preferred 1+ years of experience managing customer inquiries and support over the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor.Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.Comfortable with managing information across various software systems, and open to learning new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with customers and teammates.Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements. Flexible and adaptable, willing to step outside your defined role.Skilled in handling sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.Additional Requirements:Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.Experience with medical records and requests is a plus.Experience with medical referrals is a plus.Octave's Company Values:The below values drive our day-to-day operations.We’re human beings first. Voluntary benefits such as 401k retirement, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, dependent care and commuter/parking options are also available.
