Client Success Specialist in Notarizi

Notarizi — online platform for notary services (certification of documents, apostille, international delivery). We work with clients all over the world, the main focus is expats and displaced persons.

We are expanding the team and are looking for a specialist who will help customers go from the first contact to the successful completion of the order.

Work format: hybrid (Lviv)
Schedule: 10:00–19:00

What you will need to:

• Process incoming calls;

• Communicate with the client at all stages: from the first contact to the successful completion of the request; style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Work in CRM (fixation of statuses, notes, control of stages);

• Fill out the notary's packages;

Collect and process feedback. none">

The desire to understand quickly is important to us:

• Experience in working with clients;

1 year;

• Fluent Ukrainian + good English (other languages are a big plus);

• Attention to details;

• CRM / Google Sheets experience or willingness to learn quickly.
