We are an outsourcing/outstaffing company, Temy. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team, responsible for the development of existing projects.
Our expectations from the candidate: proactive, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
Since 2014, we have been providing software development services to companies in various industries such as IoT, FinTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, and EdTech. Our projects are mainly from Europe, the USA, and Israel.
Our company employs over 100 specialists and we have about 20 active projects. Our offices are located in Kyiv and Lviv, with employees working throughout Ukraine and abroad.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Client Success Manager/Account Manager in an IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing company
- Fluent English
- Effective communication and client negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and information, distinguish priorities, and make well-informed decisions
- Ability to analyze clients and their needs
- Experience in providing customer-oriented solutions and strong presentation skills
- Willingness to delve into and find solutions to complex problems
- Understanding of SDLC
Nice to have:
- Experience working as a Sales Manager or Engagement Managerэ
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients
- Develop plans to expand the team
- Timely agree on contracts/addendums to contracts
- Manage project financial processes
- Define partnership strategies and identify risks
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Temy solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Discuss team performance
- Collaborate with other company departments such as recruitment/delivery and marketing departments
