We have 21 PoPs worldwide in the USA, Europe, and Asia.Responsibilities:- Efficient organization and leadership of the technical support team within the Client Service Department structure, including task distribution, setting priorities, and achieving customer service goals- Ongoing monitoring of customer service quality, conducting feedback analysis, identifying problem areas, and developing plans for improvement- Coordination and oversight of order processing, interaction with clients and technical specialists at all stages of implementation, including resolving complex client issues- Continuous improvement of technical support processes, implementation of innovations to enhance efficiency and service quality- Recruitment, training, motivation, evaluation, and development of team members, along with fostering a positive work environmentRequirements:- Experience in technical support, preferably with management or team leadership experience- Knowledge of the hosting market (dedicated servers, CDN, VPS, domains, etc)- Deep understanding of the configuration and features of server hardware, technical specifications- Experience of working with clients (B2B) and focus on the service component and its development- Good communication skills, experience of effective work with proposals and objections- Upper-intermediate English level- Ability to plan and organise work, set priorities and provide constructive feedback- Willingness to look for opportunities and solutions- Pro-Ukrainian positionWe offer:- Competitive payment- Opportunity to work from any place in Europe (we provide technical support and arrange workplace)- 25 working days for rest annually, and also paid sick leaves- Different benefits: lunches, insurance, English courses, holidays, gifts, and other pleasant things.
