Client service manager, "tone of voice" (copywriter) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the processing of customer comments in social networks, promptly making adjustments to responses, working on errors and handling comments with operators in case of deviations from guideline standards;
• Updating and editing templates for working with electronic appeals in accordance with the ToV for specialists of the subordinate group;
• Monitoring tags (special labels for classifying data that make it easier for users to find the necessary information ) of the Company's official pages in social networks and their development by a subordinate group of specialists;
• Giving requests to structural divisions of companies in order to obtain information for the further formation of answers to customers and control over the resolution of incidents/non-standard situations;
• Independent processing of customer requests in social networks;
• If necessary, processing of electronic requests, which come from customers through other channels of interaction;
• Working in software complexes necessary for the performance of duties and monitoring the correctness of work in CRM by subordinate specialists.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• Knowledge of "tone of voice" service customers (ToV — intonation with which the brand speaks in texts in social networks, taglines in outdoor advertising, button names in the application, etc.);
• Fluency in Microsoft Office programs;
• Competent Ukrainian language - oral, written.
