Client Service Manager (GMP) in Admixer Advertising

Client Service Manager GMP — a personal manager for a client for GMP products

Main duties:

• Daily communication with clients on current projects Providing advice on working with DV360, CM360, SA360, GA360 platforms. Solving technical issues together with a product specialist or analyst, communicating with the GoogleMarketing Platform partner support team.
• Providing additional services and services to existing clients and agencies, conducting onboarding trainings and webinars for new Admixer Advertising clients.< /li>
• Organization and coordination of the work of the project team in the Worksection project management system, managing deadlines and ensuring the expected result for the client.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge and experience of working with advertising digital products, understanding of the problems they solve;
• High level of communication skills, experience in conducting presentations or training webinars for clients, ability to provide technical information to people with different levels of knowledge in the field of digital marketing;
• Basic knowledge of project management: planning and organization of processes; Attention to details, result orientation, customer focus
• Language requirements: English - B1-intermediate (you understand and can write/speak), Ukrainian - fluent
