Company Dataweb Global Group is looking for a specialist for the role of Client Service Manager.
Dataweb Global Group is an international provider hosting and IT infrastructure services. We provide comprehensive solutions for IT infrastructure based on dedicated servers, consisting of components from world-class suppliers, cloud services and content delivery services.
We work with businesses that need customized solutions for managing large computing capabilities: major VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML training and computing, gaming industry and many more.

Main duties:
- Act as a link connecting the technical specialist and the client, focusing on mutually beneficial cooperation
- Process all incoming client requests for the supply of new or upgrade existing server equipment (dedicated or cloud servers, etc.) or services (CDN, etc. d.)
- Coordinate and control all internal work on the order, communicate with the customer and technical specialists at all stages of its implementation
- Carry out full documentary support for each order (agreement, invoices, etc.) , as well as keep data on orders in the company's internal systems
- Collect statistics and analyze requests, form offers based on them
- Take an active part in the development of the service and our products.

Requirements:
- As a minimum, theoretical knowledge in the field of hosting services market - dedicated servers, CDN, VPS, domains, etc.
- Deep understanding of the configuration and features of server equipment, technical specifications
- Basic knowledge of network technologies, Internet services
- Experience of working with clients (ideally B2B) and orientation to the service component and its development Good communication skills, experience of effective work with proposals and objections Competent language and writing Knowledge of the English language is not below the Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to plan and organize work, determine priorities and give constructive feedback
- Willingness to look for opportunities and solutions
