Client Service Director -responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting business development by providing excellent service solutions.

Basic tasks :

• Ability to manage a digital/performance agency with experience in management positions;
• Successful experience in negotiations and establishing long-term relationships with top management (C-level);
• Experience in hiring and developing teams from scratch;
• Professional knowledge of media and performance marketing for e-commerce;
• Experience with digital products such as PPC (Google, Facebook), SEO, and online media advertising;
• Deep understanding tools Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, MS Office;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate – Intermediate (strong) level;
• Attention to details, communication and analytical skills.< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">

• Management experience in digital/performance agencies;

• Experience in media and performance marketing for e-com;

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, MS Office tools;
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Proficiency in English at Upper Intermediate - Intermediate level;
• Attention to detail, communicative, analytical abilities.
