Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Process Manager to join our team in Tirana, Albania. This role focuses on coordination and process management, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Handling: Manage B2C leads, including inquiries, responses, and sales processes.
- Program Sales: Identify client needs, sell appropriate programs, and organize consultations with doctors and embryologists.
- Agreement Management: Handle the signing of agreements and transfer clients to support for ongoing treatment.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional sales to enhance client value.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and program performance to optimize strategies.
- Patient Support: Assist and coordinate patients throughout their treatment, providing non-medical support and assistance.
- Communication: Coordinate processes between different departments and ensure seamless communication and deliver best services
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or support, preferably in healthcare or B2C.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in cross-selling.
- Language: Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to excellent client service.
