Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level at least);
- Experience in conducting training sessions for B2B clients;
- Experience in working with B2B clients;
- Previous experience in IT industry;
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry;
- Passion about your role and contribution to the company vision;
- Positive attitude towards customers, company, and colleagues;
- Energy and self-drive — being eager to learn and keen to share;
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to carefully listen;
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms;
- Willingness to work within the Canadian time zone.
- Excellent text communication skills;
- Presentation preparation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering all the information for the implementation from the clients who just signed up;
- Onboarding process for the new clients assigned to a manager, conducting trainings for the assigned clients;
- Forwarding clients’ requests to the technical team;
- Making sure that all the requests are fulfilled in a timely manner;
- Following clients up in order to make sure that they are actively using the system and do not have any pending questions/issues/requests;
- Regular reporting to manager
- Conducting refresher trainings for the assigned clients;
- Implementation trainings about product;
- Upsales during implementation;
