We are looking for reinforcements in Customer Care Team Client Manager
What our client-manager does:
Solves the questions of users of the AUTO.RIA, DIM sites .RIA and RIA.com:
- by phone;
- by mail;
- in chat.
On average, a client-manager receives 80-120 requests per shift.
What we expect from the client-manager:
- experience in telephone consultations;
- sincere care;
- empathy;
- literacy;
- the ability to be a team player.
Would be an advantage:
- experience working in a contact center (inbound/outbound line).
What we offer:
- Reward
- Paid internship (from the first day);
- Rate - starting from UAH 14,700;
- Bonuses to the rate after the trial period (3 months) — up to UAH 3,750.
2. Terms
- Work schedule: shift (4 working days, 2 days off);
- "Floating" shift start: 08:00 - 17:00, 09:00 - 18: 00, 10:00 - 19:00, 12:00 - 21:00, 13:00 - 22:00; 14:00 - 23:00. lunch;
- studying for about 1-1.5 months in the office (Vinnytsia) or remotely;
- remote work format (we provide equipment), if necessary - in the office (there is generator and Starlink).
3. Social package
- 22 days of paid vacation (11 days in each half year);
- paid sick leave;
- 50% compensation for language courses (after half a year of experience ).
4. Development Program
- the possibility of moving between categories with an increase in the rate and bonuses twice a year;
