The online school is looking for a customer support specialist for social networks to join the team. It is necessary to respond quickly to comments and messages, to be able to sell in correspondence and to increase the loyalty of the audience for further sales within the social networks of our projects on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Want to develop your social media selling skills? Are you attentive, balanced, quick to react and able to make important decisions on your own? Then come to us! Responsibilities: Respond to comments and messages on social networks; Use ready-made communication templates and offer your own; Respond as humanly as possible so that everyone feels that a live person is communicating with them and not a robot; Timely provide links to sales pages and then continue communication to to be able to take feedback and warm up to more expensive products; to develop a dialogue and lead to a purchase in case of lack of reaction or payment. What is required for this: perfect knowledge of the Ukrainian language; balance and the ability to formulate thoughts so that each dialogue is as correct and effective as possible; quick reaction to notifications, everyone should receive an adequate response from us as soon as possible; attention to details, if something does not work or works is incorrect, it will be necessary to react and correct it quickly; punctuality, accuracy, discipline.
