This role involves managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, providing trading assistance, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and trading, excellent communication skills, and a client centric approach.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionallyDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsAssist clients with trading-related inquiries and issues, including platform navigation, order execution, and account management.Provide clients with timely and accurate market information, trading insights, and updates.Monitor clientsʼ trading activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Guide new clients through the on boarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.Educate clients on the brokerageʼs products, services, and trading platforms.Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback on services provided.Work closely with the sales, compliance, and trading teams to deliver a seamless client experienceShare insights and feedback from clients with internal teams to improve products and servicesMaintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention rates, and other relevant metricsAddress and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.Manage day to day client communications as the client’s primary point of contactOverseeing customer account managementBe the advocate for the client’s successEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needsand objectivesActing as a channel of communication between clients and the organization.Prepare reports on account status.Requirements and skillsBachelorʼs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian and English language.Preferred Skills:Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in client management within the financial services industry, preferably in Forex, CFD, or shares trading.Experience with popular trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the brokerage industry.Important note:Fxcareer.eu is a jobs portal that advertises jobs from Employers around the world.By applying for this LinkedIn job you give us the authority to create your account on our platform www.fxcareer.eu and share your CV and personal details with the employer for this job position.In case you do not wish for your personal details to be shared do not apply for this position.
