Main duties: Finding new customers and establishing partnerships through the Internet and telephone communication. Receiving incoming calls to the Call- hotline center and their processing in the Bitrix system. Informing customers about promotions, news and company services. Placing orders and monitoring their fulfillment, including mutual settlements with customers. Conclusion of contracts and monitoring their implementation. Cooperation with other departments of the company to resolve customer issues. Requirements: Experience work for at least 1 year in the field of customer service. High communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Knowledge of 1C and Bitrix24 software (preferred). Basic computer skills. Conditions: Official employment in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
