The Role overview We are looking for an experienced Client Experience/Sales Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure exceptional quality in our client interactions and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving communication and service processes, developing quality standards, and implementing quality assurance protocols. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales and client relationship management.

What you will do:

• Conduct thorough analysis of communication with Hacken clients from initial inquiry to final report delivery.
• Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for enhancement in communication and service quality.
• Regularly generate comprehensive reports for management, detailing the current status of quality assurance efforts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Formulate precise quality standards for communication, sales interactions, and service delivery.
• Establish and refine quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in client interactions.
• Offer actionable recommendations and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality of communication and service delivery for sustained client satisfaction and retention.

To achieve the results, you’ll need:

• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge and implementation of quality assurance processes.
• Understanding of sales theory and its practical applications.

Nice to have skills :

• CRM knowledge (Pipedrive or similar).
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Web3 Knowledge.
• Practical Sales experience .
