They will partner with multiple sales channels (Department Stores, Key Accounts, US Optical Channel) and departments to strategize, coordinate, and execute events for Thélios VIP clients in North America.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHelp strategize and execute B2B selling events in North America across the US and Canada, for client engagement with VIP customers.Provide event planning supervision and project management by taking a collaborative role in the planning and execution of events, in coordination with internal teams.Work alongside commercial teams to define an action plan for event activations, ensuring brand elevation standards are implemented while promoting optimal sell-out.Lead the facilitation, development, and execution of consistent, elevated experiences for our top clients.Liaise and coordinate activities with venues and vendors for logistical execution.Ensure proper planning and budget control, in agreement with expected ROI results, tracking and analyzing KPI.Administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling and calendar updates.Communicate and report to internal teams on calendars, results, and budgeting.THE RIGHT CANDIDATEAre you a proactive organizer, negotiator, and problem-solver? A calm and measured demeanor and positive outlook are critical to success.SKILLS/ EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree preferred2-3 years experience in a similar role (Event Management, VIP Client Experience Management) within the fashion, luxury, or consumer goods field preferred.Innovative and resourceful ; actively seeks opportunities to take a leadership role in improving the event planning process and attendee experience.Strong time management skills, organization, and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments.High organizational skills and ability to handle complex projects and multi-task.Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external).Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,000 - $95,000.
