Other weekend support required around tentpole events.Each Day At TATCHA Is Different With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work OnWill Serve as the front line, on-call resource for all customers via phone, email and live chat.Utilize superior product knowledge skills to educate and retain customersSupport customers in navigating the website and customizing accountsEffectively communicate new offers and promotions to customersAssisting consumers through challenges and/or issues to resolutionPerform all required customer follow-up in a timely mannerHandle essential customer service related administrative tasks as neededHandle order entry, missing packages, missing items, and other types of tasksProcess returns, refunds, exchanges, and credit adjustmentsAssist with additional projects/assignments as directed by your managerProvide basic beauty consultation advice as neededWho you AreYou Are Able To Learn Quickly And Take Initiative, As Our Company Is a Dynamic And Ever-evolving Business. (Well-Versed)Must be able to work with customers to provide support in a friendly manner. Must be able to multitask, and be able to make judgment calls quicklyMust be able to work with several programs at once to provide service to our clients.Requirements2 years of Customer Service experience recommendedMust be able to use personal mobile devices as an authenticator Internet / Computer savvy to include email and Microsoft Word & Excel.Reliable, consistent attendance and punctualityLocation: SF Bay area based - must be able to travel into HQ if neededHours of operation 8am-6pm is the range + potential weekend availability/holidays etc. (BFCM/holidays availability is mandatory)Must have a quiet work space at home. Strong internet connection. Strong grammar/written english skills The expected hourly rate for this full time position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
