Client search manager for a cleaning company (English B1+) in #1 Cleaning

Good day! We are a cleaning company founded by Ukrainians in 2022, offering our services in European countries. We have a marketing department, and due to the specifics of the promotion of cleaning services in European markets, we are actively looking for a manager to find customers on the platforms where we find them most often - social networks, local pages, groups, chats and private recommendations. This is mechanical work from monitoring pages (where potential customers often look for cleaning services), publishing ads, etc. Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1 is mandatory (part of the interview will be held in English). Requirements: English not lower than B1 Availability and fluency in a computer, Facebook, Google Sheets, Telegram and WhatsApp Positive experience in sales for at least 1 year , working with objections Understanding sales and the specifics of working with B2C and B2B clients Trust and ease of communication - we are looking for bright, positive and interesting colleagues with whom we will be on the same page Working conditions: Monday-Friday, from 2−3 hours a day in any period of time from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Kyiv time Constantly online during working hours (most of the time we communicate in messengers, so quick responses are important) Ability to switch between tasks (from time to time it will be necessary to plan the schedules of cleaners) Responsibilities: Publication of advertisements on pages, portals, sites (we provide and supplement the list) Communication with found clients in English (more often in text, less often in calls) — consultation, sale of services, planning Sending advertisements to clients' e-mails Transferring clients to the manager Provided effective cooperation, we will be ready to provide job offer in one of the represented countries and significantly expand the scope of functionality.
