Clerk (with disabilities) in Metinvest

We are looking for a business manager< /b>to the Group's enterprise - METINVEST-SHIPPING.

< b style="font-weight: 700">What needs to be done:

• ensure the proper condition of the office (lighting , water supply, serviceability of equipment, furniture, control of the cleanliness of bathrooms, etc.);
• accounting, moving, writing off goods on the office balance sheet;
• ordering and monitoring the availability of drinking water, office supplies, other necessary materials;
• receive/send correspondence through branches and couriers (Nova poshta, Ukrposhta);
• register incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• perform operational tasks manager.

Our expectations:

• presence of an initial level of higher education (college, technical school);
• knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodical materials on record keeping and archival matters will be an advantage;
• confident user of PC, MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), scanning equipment;
• having experience in SAP will be an advantage;
• literate, attentive, punctual , decency, accuracy, systematicity, sociability, friendliness, ability to work in a team, responsible attitude to work;
• language skills: Ukrainian — fluent.
