Working conditions: Official employment (contract). Working days: 6/7. Schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Saturday, depending on workload). Vacation 30 calendar days. Responsibilities: 1. Carry out inspection, documentation and display in accounting registers of non-current assets, material stocks, special purpose military property, intangible assets (receipt (purchase), transfer, free transfer, sale or liquidation). For this purpose: a) form and check invoices (requirements), acts and other primary documents for the acceptance, transfer and write-off of material resources; b) keep turnover information and other accounting registers of material resources. 2. Keep a separate record of material values ​​received free of charge in the form of charitable assistance from legal entities and individuals. 3. Control the availability and preservation of material resources. On the basis of the order of the commander of the military unit, together with the permanent inventory commission, take part in the inventory and check the inventory information with accounting data. 4. Ensuring measures to prevent corruption within the scope of their functional duties. 5. Systematically study legislative acts on the accounting of material resources, orders of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and other governing documents, firmly know them and use them correctly in practical work. 6. Take part in conducting and formalizing revaluation of recorded material resources. 7. To ensure the storage of cases and documents according to one's field of activity within the term established by regulatory and legal acts. 8. Constantly improve professional training, systematically study legislative acts, orders of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and other governing documents.
