 announces a competition for a position in the Cluster "Sustainable Economic Development" in the office in Kyiv:

Cleaning worker (Kyiv, full-time)

Cluster of Sustainable Economic "Sustainable Economic Development" of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH unites various projects implemented on behalf of the German government with the aim of supporting Ukraine in the development of a sustainable and competitive economic sector. The project partners are ministries of Ukraine at the national level, administrations at the regional level, stakeholders at the municipal level, as well as private sector companies. The portfolio of the Cluster includes 8 bilateral, regional and global projects. The Cluster office in Kyiv has more than 50 workplaces, 4 conference rooms, two kitchens and regularly holds meetings and conferences for partners.

Main duties:

• cleaning of office premises with a total area of about 1,000 m2, rooms, technical equipment (for example, coffee machines, washing machines), furniture, carpets and windows from the inside;
• inspection and replenishment inventory in all areas;
• notification of malfunctions and damage in office premises or equipment;
• preparation and arrangement of conference rooms;
• substitution of office administrator/receptionist (for example, preparation and service of meetings, serving coffee and tea to guests, support of office logistics, copying and scanning of documents, etc.);
• delivery of documents to/from GIZ Bureau office (1.2 km) as needed
• perform other tasks as assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• graduated from high school;
• at least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• independent, responsible and proactive work style;
• attention, neatness and reliability in matters of cleanliness and order;
• satisfaction with cleaning work, neat appearance and appropriate clothing;
• care in handling and disposal of documents that may be important;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language; knowledge of English or German will be an advantage.

Employment conditions

Full time (40-hour work week). Place of work - Kyiv. The duration of the contract is until June 2026 with the possibility of extension.
