Cleaning administrator in The Cleaning Pro Group (CPG)

We, Cleaning Pro Group, are a group of companies that provide services for professional cleaning, security, maintenance of buildings and structures and are represented throughout Ukraine. Our clients are: supermarket chains, shopping and office centers, medical clinics, industrial enterprises and state administrative buildings . We are looking for a responsible and organized Facility Administrator for our clients in the city of Kyiv. Your main responsibilities will include the organization of high-quality customer service, managing the work of line personnel and ensuring the efficient operation of the facility. Main duties: Coordination and control of the work of line personnel ;Ensuring compliance with all requirements regarding the quality of cleaning and adherence to work schedules;Interacting with customers and solving their requests or problems;Conducting inspections of the facility and compiling reports on the state of cleaning;Controlling stocks and ordering necessary materials and cleaning tools;Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sanitary standards at the facility. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year; Responsibility and organization; Ability to effectively manage line personnel; High communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations; Knowledge of basic sanitary standards and safety rules; Confident command of the Ukrainian language We offer :Salary: UAH 15,000-18,000/month; Work schedule: 8.00-15.00 5/2.
